SIS Appoints Bartlomiej Michalek to Support UK and European Expansion

SIS (Sports Information Services), the leading multi-channel supplier of 24/7 live betting services, has announced the appointment of Bartlomiej Michalek as Commercial Manager – UK and Europe to help accelerate its international growth trajectory.

Michalek will bring significant industry experience to the role as SIS continues to enhance its profile in international markets through an increasingly diverse offering covering horse and greyhound racing, esports and numbers content.

Based in Poland, Michalek arrives with a wealth of skills and knowledge gained from high-profile operators, having held posts at LV Bet, Enteractive and Betcris, which places him perfectly to advance SIS’ offering across its 24/7 Live Racing content as well as Competitive Gaming products and services.

The new appointment is set to add further weight to SIS’ commercial growth with sportsbook operators. It follows on from the recent launch of Counter-Strike as a round-the-clock Competitive Gaming product that has particular appeal to bettors in the key markets Michalek will operate in.

Helen Ridley, Head of Sales (UK & Europe) at SIS, said: “Bartlomiej joins us at an ideal time to enhance the increased delivery of our wide range of 24/7 betting content to our partners, including the recently launched CS:GO Competitive Gaming product which we believe will resonate with bettors in the UK and Europe.

“Making our market-leading, 24/7 solutions available to an ever-growing customer base requires safe, experienced hands and I have no doubt that Bart is the right person to achieve this.”

Bartlomiej Michalek, Commercial Manager – UK & Europe, said: “Starting a new role at any company can be a challenge, but my industry background means that in joining such a well-established supplier at the head of its field, I’m confident that I’m going to have all the tools at my disposal to achieve this.

“Having such a comprehensive product offering, including market-leading Live Racing and rapidly growing Numbers and Competitive Gaming products, means that I believe SIS will continue to maintain its impressive trajectory. I’m eager to get started and increase the number of significant clients in the SIS portfolio. Eastern Europe, here I come!”
