BETER has officially entered the U.S. iGaming market after receiving vendor registration from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), marking its first regulatory approval in the country.
The move enables BETER to deliver its suite of fast betting content, including live data and streaming, to licensed operators in the state.
The initial offering approved for the market includes BETER’s Setka Cup table tennis tournaments, which are now live on the New Jersey-facing platform of tier-one sportsbook bet365. These matches are hosted across 16 global arenas, delivering more than 11,000 events each month with over 30 available betting markets per match. Each event is monitored by BETER’s internal integrity unit to ensure compliance with regulatory and fair play standards.
BETER’s broader product suite includes over 46,000 monthly fast betting events across traditional sports and esports, including the ESportsBattle franchise with titles such as eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey. Additional disciplines are expected to be rolled out in the U.S. market later in 2025.
The company also offers an Esports Odds Feed that delivers pricing for more than 450 tournaments annually. This service generates over 40,000 pre-match and live betting events per year, powered by official data and maintained by a dedicated trading team.
BETER’s New Jersey entry represents a key milestone in its international expansion strategy, positioning the supplier to support regulated operators across the growing U.S. iGaming landscape.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, said: “This is a milestone moment for the BETER team, as we see tremendous potential for our fast betting products and solutions in New Jersey and across the U.S.
“We’ve already built a strong reputation as a go-to provider in key markets from Latin America to Europe, and that trust has been instrumental in securing the approvals needed for our U.S. launch.
“Setka Cup has cultivated a loyal following worldwide, and we’re thrilled to introduce it to bettors in New Jersey—and in other U.S. states where we plan to go live in the coming months.”
Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added: “Securing our first U.S. approval marks a significant legal and operational achievement for BETER. Our legal team, in close collaboration with our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, worked tirelessly with the New Jersey DGE to bring this to life.
“But we are not stopping there. We are accelerating efforts to certify our ESportsBattle product for the New Jersey market, while actively pursuing licenses in all U.S. states where gambling is permitted—the key ones, as of today, being Colorado, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.”
