Betway Adds Exclusive 49’s Draws Through SIS Partnership

Betway has strengthened its igaming offering in South Africa by securing an exclusive partnership with SIS (Sports Information Services) to launch two additional 49’s live draws tailored for the local market. This marks the first occasion SIS has created bespoke additional 49’s draws for a partner, reflecting the sustained global demand for the fixed-odds live draws product.

Under the agreement, the new live draws will run daily at 11.49am and 4.49pm UK time (12.49pm and 5.49pm SAST) and will be broadcast from SIS’ UK studios. These new additions complement the existing 49’s, 39’s, and Fast 15’s products, which together now account for around 330,000 live draws delivered to operators each year.

SIS, through its 49’s brand, has been a fixture in the live fixed-odds numbers sector for nearly three decades, building a reputation around simple, rapid-play formats with high turnover potential. The continued evolution of SIS’ live numbers portfolio aligns with customer demand across various markets, particularly in Africa where the low stake, high return model has proven consistently popular.

For Betway, the deal underscores its strategy to diversify its igaming content and provide tailored local betting opportunities, enhancing player engagement and extending its reach in regulated African markets.
