FanDuel Secures Carolina Panthers Partnership Pre-North Carolina Launch

FanDuel, a Flutter Entertainment company and a leader in North America’s online gaming landscape, has entered into a significant multi-year partnership with the Carolina Panthers, positioning itself as an Official Sports Betting Partner. This strategic alliance precedes the anticipated initiation of mobile sports betting in North Carolina, set for March 11, marking a pivotal moment in FanDuel’s expansion efforts.

This partnership enables FanDuel to incorporate the team’s branding across its marketing platforms and collaborate on digital and social media initiatives. Bank of America Stadium will feature digital signage and host exclusive events, further integrating FanDuel’s presence with the Panthers’ fanbase.

In a special celebration of this partnership, FanDuel TV’s “Up & Adams,” hosted by Kay Adams, will air live from Bank of America Stadium on March 6. The show will welcome notable guests, including former NFL linebacker Luke Kuechly and Carolina Panthers organization members, offering fans unique insights and entertainment. “Up & Adams” is accessible to viewers weekdays at 11:00 a.m. ET on FanDuel TV, FanDuel TV+, and YouTube.

With the launch, North Carolina becomes the 22nd state in FanDuel’s portfolio to offer mobile sports betting, expanding its reach and accessibility to sports enthusiasts in the state. Residents of North Carolina aged 21 and over are invited to pre-register on the FanDuel Sportsbook app, aligning with FanDuel’s commitment to enhancing the sports betting experience across the nation.

Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer at FanDuel, said: “Bringing FanDuel to sports fans across North Carolina is an important moment for our business, and we are thrilled to be able to work with the Carolina Panthers to introduce their fanbase to America’s #1 Sportsbook. We look forward to supporting the team next season and to engaging the passionate sports fans across North Carolina with our product.”

Kristi Coleman, Carolina Panthers president, said: “We are thrilled to welcome FanDuel as an Official Sports Betting Partner. As we look ahead to the 2024 season, we’re excited about the opportunities this partnership presents to deliver unique and engaging experiences to our fans while they are in North Carolina.”
