Football Contest Proxy – the Vegas-based proxy service that’s handled millions in NFL contest entries for the Circa Millions, Survivor, and Westgate SuperContest for local and out-of-state customers – is celebrating its 20th anniversary this season.
The company, which has carved a niche out for itself as Vegas’ longest-running betting proxy, will be debuting a new updated website, brand, and incorporating new digital workflows to enhance its operations and the customer experience. The company will also expand its team, building its retail footprint and in-person presence at Circa and Westgate to drive new customer acquisition.
The 20th anniversary coincides with Circa’s new high-stakes contest, Grandissimo, and a $15M guaranteed prize for Survivor. Similarly, Football Contest Proxy has seen growth of its own, with a 40% increase in player entries since 2021, even alongside the advent of mobile sports betting.
As new product innovations – such as sweepstakes, “DFS 3.0,” and prediction markets – give customers more options to play, I thought you might be interested in a story about why Vegas-based football contests and betting proxies have not just withstood the test of time, but continue to grow in popularity.
“When I first teamed up with Matty, I couldn’t imagine where the business would take us,” said Toni. “While it’s an incredible milestone to reach our 20th anniversary, we’re more excited to introduce our new brand, enrich our operations, and work with new and returning customers.”
“The closest thing to a championship belt for NFL betting is winning the Circa Survivor or Westgate SuperContest,” said Matty Simo. “Even with mobile sports betting, football contests continue to showcase their staying power in the industry as the crown jewel for football bettors.”
