IGT PlaySports Extends Retail Sports Betting Partnership with FanDuel Group Through 2028

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) has announced the renewal of its multi-year retail sports betting agreement with FanDuel Group, a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment. Under the extended agreement, IGT PlaySports will continue as the exclusive provider of retail sports betting platforms for FanDuel’s sportsbooks across North America through 2028, starting September 1, 2024.

The partnership between IGT PlaySports and FanDuel began in 2019 with the opening of FanDuel’s first U.S. sportsbook at The New Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment in New Jersey. Since 2020, IGT PlaySports has served as FanDuel’s exclusive retail platform provider in the U.S., supporting 27 FanDuel Sportsbooks across 20 gaming jurisdictions. FanDuel’s retail sportsbooks also utilize IGT’s self-service betting technologies, including the PlaySports Kiosk and PlaySports Pad, to enhance the customer experience.
