PEC.BET Partners Tugi Tark for AI Support

iGaming operator PEC.BET has entered into a strategic partnership with Tugi Tark as it builds out its customer support infrastructure following its market launch.

PEC.BET operates a multi-bookmaker sportsbook model that enables players to access multiple bookmakers through a single account. The operator has positioned its igaming platform around consolidated access and a framework that allows winning players to participate without restriction. As part of its initial operational setup, PEC.BET identified customer support as a core component of its infrastructure and selected Tugi Tark’s AI-driven solution to manage this function.

Under the agreement, Tugi Tark will deploy its customer service platform and igaming-focused AI agents across PEC.BET’s support channels. The system provides a centralised environment to handle player queries, with AI agents managing first-line interactions and more complex cases escalated to human support teams. The model is intended to allow the igaming operator to maintain response consistency while scaling its operations.

Tugi Tark provides AI-based customer service tools designed for igaming and other digital sectors, focusing on automation and workflow management. The integration with PEC.BET forms part of the supplier’s broader activity in supporting new and expanding operators.

Both companies stated that the partnership establishes a framework capable of handling increasing volumes of player interactions as PEC.BET expands its igaming product offering. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

“As a new operator, it was important for us to put the right operational foundations in place from the beginning,” said a spokesperson PEC.BET. “Our multi-bookmaker model means we welcome winners, which shapes how we approach player relationships. Working with Tugi Tark allows us to support players efficiently while ensuring our internal team remains focused on more complex player matters and VIP care.”

“PEC.BET is entering the market with a clear focus on transparency and accessibility for players,” said Harpo Lilja, CEO of Tugi Tark. “Our role is to provide a support layer that can operate consistently from day one and scale alongside the platform as it grows.”
