Potawatomi Casino Hotel has entered a multi-year agreement with White Hat Gaming to implement its player account management (PAM) platform, supporting mobile sports betting and Class II slot wagering across the operator’s properties in Milwaukee and Carter, Wisconsin.
The partnership represents White Hat Gaming’s continued expansion within North America and underscores its strategic focus on delivering tailored solutions for tribal operators. Potawatomi Casino Hotel, one of the largest casino operations in the Midwest, will utilise White Hat’s PAM technology to facilitate its transition into mobile wagering on tribal lands.
White Hat’s platform includes a proprietary cashier with broad payment gateway integrations, real-time risk monitoring capabilities, and its Traveling Wallet™ feature, which enables seamless jurisdictional player movement within a single account. The PAM solution is currently active in several U.S. states and Ontario.
Potawatomi Casino Hotel also noted White Hat’s early positioning in the Class II mobile slot market as a contributing factor in the decision. This emerging vertical presents new opportunities for tribal operators seeking to diversify and scale their digital gaming offerings.
The deal reinforces White Hat Gaming’s role as a key technology partner to tribal gaming entities, offering flexible infrastructure and tools to enhance player engagement and operational efficiency in a competitive and regulated environment.
Max Wright, Founder at White Hat Gaming, said: “We remain focused on expanding our presence in North America, continuously evolving and enhancing our PAM solution to empower iGaming operators with the technology needed to elevate the player experience and drive operational efficiency.
“This collaboration further demonstrates our commitment to delivering a cutting-edge platform that combines flexibility and speed to market. We’re confident that Potawatomi’s mobile presence will significantly benefit from our proprietary cashier, expert compliance, regulatory support, and Traveling Wallet™ technology.”
Dominic Ortiz, Chief Executive Officer of Potawatomi Casino Hotel, added: “We continually seek strategic opportunities to strengthen our market position, and our partnership with White Hat Gaming represents a key step forward as we enter a new era of mobile on-premise gaming. By integrating White Hat’s PAM solution, we are enhancing our digital capabilities with industry-leading expertise and providing a best-in-class experience for our guests.”
