SKS365 Enhances GROW People Management Program to Empower Team Development
SKS365, a prominent player in the iGaming industry, continues its commitment to investing in its workforce with the advancement of its GROW People Management Program.
Last week, 11 seasoned people managers from SKS365’s locations across Malta, Italy, Austria, and Serbia convened in Belgrade for the newly enhanced GROW People Management Program. From April 15th to 19th, participants engaged in a series of trainings, discussions, and team-building activities aimed at fostering individual and collective growth while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Belgrade’s city center and riverside.
Originally launched in 2023 to instill fundamental people management skills across the organization, the GROW initiative has evolved to offer an advanced program tailored to experienced people managers. This evolution aims to further refine their skills and prepare them for future leadership opportunities within the company.
The agenda of the GROW People Management Program (GROWpmp) emphasized the importance of building connections, sharing experiences, and engaging in team-building exercises. Participants, representing various departments including Commercial, Product and Development, Finance, and Sportsbook, benefited from a diverse range of activities designed to enhance their managerial capabilities and foster collaboration across teams and locations.
GROWpmp covered a wide array of topics identified by SKS365’s people managers as crucial for their professional development. These included effective communication techniques to influence team dynamics, enhancing team effectiveness, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, as well as honing presentation skills and gaining insights into financial management and reporting.
The program featured contributions from both external professionals and internal experts, with content meticulously curated and organized by SKS365’s dedicated People & Culture team. By providing a platform for continuous learning and development, SKS365 remains committed to nurturing talent and empowering its workforce to thrive in the dynamic landscape of the iGaming industry.
