BeyondPlay, a B2B entity focused on engagement software for online gaming operators, has been granted a B2B licence by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This permits the company to operate and offer its multiplayer and jackpot solutions in Ontario.
This authorization marks BeyondPlay’s entry into the North American iGaming market. The company has plans to introduce its Jackpot Management Software in Ontario by the end of 2023. Additionally, BeyondPlay has obtained licenses from MGA, Sweden, and the UK as of December 2022.
Andrii Grygorovych, Head of Compliance at BeyondPlay, said: “We are honoured to be officially registered as a gambling software provider in Ontario by AGCO, a testament to our unwavering dedication to compliance and responsible gaming.
“Having secured multiple European licences in recent months, the Ontario market represents yet another step forward for BeyondPlay, one we intend to follow by entering multiple North American states in the coming year.”
