DraftKings to Launch Mobile Sports Betting in Missouri

DraftKings will launch its mobile sportsbook in Missouri on 1 December 2025 after receiving a temporary direct mobile sports wagering licence from the Missouri Gaming Commission earlier this year. The licence allows the company to operate statewide without partnering with a land-based casino or professional sports organisation.

Missouri becomes the 29th US state in which DraftKings offers sports wagering, alongside Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Ontario. The company already holds partnerships in the state as an Official Sports Betting Operator of the Kansas City Chiefs and an Official Sports Betting and Daily Fantasy Sports Operator of the St. Louis Blues.

From 1 December, eligible customers will have access to DraftKings’ range of betting products, including same-game parlays, in-game wagering and odds boosts, as well as the operator’s suite of responsible gaming tools. These include My Stat Sheet, which provides personalised activity summaries, and My Budget Builder, which supports customers in setting spend limits and reminders.

DraftKings will mark the launch with an event at The Palladium in St. Louis featuring former athletes Tony Gonzalez, Isaac Bruce and Brett Hull, along with remarks from Missouri House Speaker Jonathan Patterson. The company will also donate $50,000 to the Veterans Community Project to support its transitional housing programme for Veterans.

Customers in Missouri will be able to access the sportsbook via the DraftKings app on iOS and Android from launch day.
