Rise & Hustle has introduced a new sportsbook product through a partnership with Altenar, integrating the supplier’s platform into its tap-to-earn gaming ecosystem in Nigeria.
The launch provides Rise & Hustle players with access to thousands of daily pre-match and live in-play betting events, covering football, esports and a wide range of traditional sports. Features include fast markets, cash-out options and personalised bet recommendations, supported by seamless wallet integration across casino, free-to-play and sportsbook products.
Football, including the English Premier League, will serve as a core focus alongside coverage of local competitions tailored to Nigerian betting preferences. Transactions will be available in local currency to provide a more familiar experience for users.
Altenar’s platform offers a mobile-first interface, customisable front end and risk management tools designed to support operators with fraud prevention and pricing. The agreement continues Altenar’s expansion across Africa following its South Africa licence approval in December 2024 and subsequent regional appointments.
Tassos Theocharidis, Senior Sales Executive at Altenar, said: “We’re delighted to team up with Rise & Hustle to deliver a new sports betting experience to its players. We firmly believe in the operator’s potential in the fiercely competitive Nigerian market.
“We look forward to enhancing their existing offering with the addition of our award-winning sports betting technology.”
Josh Jones, CEO & Co-Founder of Rise & Hustle, commented: “Our collaboration with Altenar enables us to deliver a world-class betting experience tailored to Nigerian players’ interests.
“The onboarding process and speed-to-market were two key factors in choosing Altenar and rolling out a sportsbook solution will help us attract demographics as we evolve our business.”
