Sheffield United Fans First in Line for Midnite’s £1K Giveaway

iGaming operator Midnite has launched a new in-stadium campaign offering £1,000 cash prizes to supporters of Sheffield United and Southampton at every home league match this season.

Branded Brace Yourself, the initiative will see a random fan win the prize every time a home player scores two goals in a game. If no brace is scored, the prize rolls over to the next home match. Midnite will also donate an equivalent amount to a local charity linked to each club.

Midnite currently sponsors both clubs, appearing on the front of Sheffield United’s shirt and the back of Southampton’s. The promotion is accessible to all home fans attending matches at Bramall Lane and St Mary’s, who can enter by scanning QR codes placed around the stadium or in matchday programmes. A winning seat is selected at random before kick-off.

The campaign begins on August 9, when Southampton face Wrexham and Sheffield United host Bristol City. Midnite, a fast-growing sportsbook in the UK market, is using the campaign to expand brand presence through direct engagement with club fanbases.

“Midnite will also match the fan prize and donate the same amount to a local charity, in a bid to repay some of the amazing work that they do within the local community.”
